Booking & Payment Policy

Full Payment Required
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling to secure your consultation appointment.

24-Hour Cancellation Window
Reschedules or cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund.

No-Show Policy
Missed or completed sessions are nonrefundable. Please ensure you're available at your scheduled time.

Limitation of Liability
Liability Cap
The Consultant's total liability for any claim related to this service shall not exceed the amount paid for the consultation.

You understand and agree that our consultations are advisory in nature.
